How do I adjust my saddle properly?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It is important that you are stable on the bike. If you move back and forth while cycling, the saddle is not properly adjusted. You determine the height of the saddle in two ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Stand upright next to the bicycle. Make sure that the seat of the saddle is adjusted to the height of your hip.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Take a seat on the bike. Put one foot on the lowest pedal and the other foot on the ground. Your toes should still touch the ground and the leg with the foot on the pedal may have a slight bend. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A properly adjusted handlebar is important for a good posture of the back and the pressure on your hands:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Sit on the bike so that you sit properly and comfortably. For a bike like Bayck, this is an upright position. <\/span><\/li>\n
