Where does Bayck deliver?

We deliver throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.


What are the shipping costs?

We deliver your Bayck to you for free!


When will my e-bike be delivered?

Bayck delivers your electric bicycle to your home within 7 working days.
We do this with our Bayck delivery service.

Can I track my shipment?

As soon as we have made our planning, you will receive an email with the day and time of delivery. If the day or time does not suit you, you can of course let us know and we will look for a better moment together.

Can I still have my e-bike delivered to a different address?

It is possible to change the delivery address. Please contact us at least one day before delivery service@bayck.com.

What happens if I am not at home?

If the door is not opened at the time of delivery, we will deliver the bicycle to the neighbors.

It can happen that the Bayck is not to your satisfaction and we understand that.

14 Day Return Right / Test at Home

If you are not satisfied with your Bayck, you can register it with us as a return within 14 days.

You do this via service@bayck.com

After we have collected your Bayck and checked it in the warehouse, we understand that minor signs of wear are unavoidable, you will receive a refund from us within 14 days.

The return costs are for your account. These amount to 100 euros.

Bayck bought through a service point?

If you have bought the bicycle in-store at a Bayck Service Point, the return policy of the store applies.


How do I return my electric bicycle?

When you bought the bike online:

  1. Contact service@bayck.com.
  2. Report your return and indicate why you want to return it.
  3. Make sure to include the invoice or receipt.
  4. We will contact you to arrange the return.
  5. Returning the electric bicycle is done via our service.


When you bought the bike in-store at a Bayck Service Point

You return the bicycle to the relevant Bayck Service Point within the period specified in the return policy of this partner.

Can I return my bike for free?

If you have purchased the bicycle online, it must be returned via our return service to be returned. You as a customer pay the costs for this yourself.

If you bought the customer at a Bayck Service Point, you must return it to this store.

How long does it take before I have the money in my account?

After we have collected your Bayck and checked for damage in the warehouse, you will receive a refund from us within 14 days.

If the bicycle appears to have unacceptable damage, we will contact you.

Warranty on Bayck parts

At Bayck, we provide a standard 10-year warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on the battery.

Which damage is excluded from the warranty?

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

  • Work that has not been carried out by an official Bayck service point and damage resulting therefrom.
  • Damage resulting from the omission of periodic maintenance work as specified by Bayck.
  • Damage resulting from repair or maintenance work that has not been carried out in accordance with the guidelines specified by Bayck.
  • Damage resulting from the use of the vehicle in competitions, races or rallies or other improper use, whether or not in places that are not intended for traffic.
  • Damage resulting from use that deviates from what is stated in the instruction manual or exceeding the limits or specifications specified by Bayck.
  • Damage resulting from the use of non-original parts that deviate from the instructions given in the owner’s manual.
  • Damage resulting from changes to the vehicle (engine tuning, performance changes, lighting changes and other changes).
  • Damage resulting from normal aging (such as the natural discoloration of painted surfaces, chrome-plated surfaces and other aging).
  • Aesthetic changes, which do not affect performance.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect storage or transport.
  • Adjustments and other maintenance work

What payment options does Bayck have?

Bayck uses the payment providers Mollie and Multisafepay.

You can pay with us with the following methods:

  • iDEAL
  • IN3
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card

  • Apple Pay

Can I pay for my electric bicycle in several installments?

You can pay for your electric bicycle in 3 installments. Interest-free and without BKR! You do this via IN3.

How does payment with IN3 work?

If you choose In3 you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order you pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part. That way you don’t have to make a large expense in one go. You will receive an email as soon as you have to make a new payment. So easy!

Bike plan general

As of January 1, 2020, the tax scheme for the ‘company bicycle’ has changed. It will be easier for employers to let their employees benefit from a company bicycle. Entrepreneurs (for example small entrepreneurs and self-employed persons) can also make use of the scheme themselves. Source tax authorities

Company bicycle: how does it work?

There is a difference whether your employer purchases the e-bike or whether you do so. Read the differences below:

Your employer buys you Bayck.

A company bicycle makes it possible to use an electric bicycle for commuting. You do not have to buy a bicycle yourself. From a tax point of view, you may use the company bicycle for private purposes without limitation.

If you use a company bicycle privately, you benefit from this. You pay wage tax on the value of this benefit (the addition). The addition is 7% of the purchase price of the bicycle and accessories (including VAT) per year. The employer adds this amount to the salary. You pay tax on this monthly.

You buy your Bayck.

You buy your Bayck and then submit the invoice to your employer. Depending on the bicycle plan to which your employer is affiliated, you can submit your electric bicycle in full on the basis of your gross salary. In a number of cases, such as the bicycle plan to which Bayck is affiliated, a large part is submitted gross, but you will have to pay the net amount for the remainder.

Which bicycle plan is Bayck affiliated with?

Bayck is affiliated with Fisc Free/ National Bicycle Projects.

The bicycle plan offers you the opportunity to buy an electric bicycle with tax benefits through your employer once every 3 years.
You buy the electric bicycle up to a maximum amount of € 749 based on your gross salary, which means that you do not have to pay any income tax on this. If the purchase amount is higher than the maximum amount, you will pay this remaining amount of your net salary and you will not receive any tax benefit on this.

At Bayck you have the option of insuring your bicycle against damage and theft!
We have a partnership with Qover, the bicycle insurance company of Nationale Nederlanden.

How much does bicycle insurance through Qover cost?

You insure your electric bicycle per year. The costs for this are calculated based on the selling price of your bicycle. Directional costs: 6 euros per month.

This option cannot yet be selected online, but can be ordered.
